How we work: car selection

In Para2move, any work on selecting or legalizing a car begins with a free consultation, where we will learn your tasks in detail and calculate the approximate cost of transporting and registering your car or buying a new one in Spain. If we decide to buy a new car, then the steps are as follows.

Desired brand, configuration, price and mileage, how much time is left to search. Most often, they ask to select a specific car down to the color and configuration. This does not affect the final cost of services, but it can slightly increase the selection time. Usually, it is from a week to a month. The general rule is this: the rarer the car, the longer it will take to search for it. Be prepared for this.

There are three main ways to select a car:

— look in Spain from private owners and car dealerships;
— monitor ads in Germany, Belgium and Holland;
— look for a car at auctions.

In Spain, we look at cars on the open market and closed, that is, accessible only to legal companies.

In addition to specialized sites, Para2move specialists check local ad sites. Sometimes, it is on them that the best examples are found.

First, we look at the photo and understand whether it is worth going there - we reject about 80% based on the ad and after a call in Spanish. Important point: without knowledge of Spanish, it is very difficult to buy and register a car - they simply will not understand you.

Then we check the car in all paid databases. We check the owner, the car registration, the absence of encumbrances and other legal nuances.

If the remote check does not reveal any significant defects, then Para2move experts go to inspect the car. We once again check the technical documentation, the presence of a second key, technical inspection marks. We carry out diagnostics and external inspection of the car.

We send a full report on the condition to the customer. If everything is suitable, then we proceed to the next stage.

We conclude an agreement with the client, receive money by transfer to the company account and pay for the car.

The Para2move company has a personal account in the service, where with the help of a lawyer, all re-registration takes place online. We re-register the car in a few hours, and in three days we receive a certificate.

We pass a technical inspection of the car and make insurance. Insurance in Spain is a separate topic, only three companies make insurance for Russians. They do not have a clear price list and you need to know the exact cost of services so that you are not forced to pay unnecessary.

This is the last and only stage when a personal meeting takes place. Until this point, everything can be done remotely. The customer does not even have to be in Spain and meet with us.

We prepare the car, drive it to the meeting place with the customer, for example, to the airport or to the owner's address, and hand over the car with all the documents.

For the client, the whole process looks something like this: chose a car - paid the bill - received the car.
