1. Must have an identification chip.
2. Must be vaccinated against rabies.
The vaccination date must not be earlier than the date of the chip or tattoo insertion. No later than 21 days before transportation.
3. Must have an identification document (hereinafter referred to as a veterinary passport) with a record of the presence of a chip, the location of the chip, the date of installation, the name of the animal, its species, breed, gender, color, date of birth named by the owner, the animal's existing characteristics, the owner's last name and his contact information.
