Why am I telling you this!? It's all because I have certain inflated demands for quality service. Everywhere and in everything: from restaurants to hotels, from excursions to beaches, from service in stores to the work of couriers. I am for service, decent service, for which I am willing to pay. I am not capricious and can gobble up potatoes in their skins and shovel out manure after pets, but if I come to a restaurant, I want to get what I pay a higher price for!
As experience shows, most of us are ready to share our experience and our own opinion only when everything is not so good! Alas, it is probably in our blood, to show the "culprit" of our dissatisfaction, what I can do with him now! But to say something good, to place a post, to post a review, to write to the administrator, to call the performer, to leave a thank you - not everyone is ready. I am the same as everyone else. But I decided to improve! Especially since there is a reason for this!
In Spain, I really needed a car from the first day of my stay. Family, small children, trips to school and shopping. Using car sharing in the south of Spain is not at all cool: all the cars are beaten up, since the attitude of the Spaniards on the southern coast to cars is terrible. I have a complaint! A car is a member of the family - it should shine, be always washed and have a clean interior. Any scratch is a reason to sign up for the elimination of the defect! The issue had to be resolved within a month!
The company that helped us with the registration of the residence permit (St. Petersburg) recommended the company "Para2Move", providing a few phrases about how "these are not bad guys". I had neither the desire nor the time to look for someone on my own. Moreover, I would also see reviews on the Internet that God knows who wrote. Well, "not bad" means not bad. I will pay for the work based on the result!
We needed a car for my wife to drive. In St. Petersburg, she had a Mercedes GLE, so we didn't really want to switch to a scratched Peugeot. Our order was made for a BMW X3, and the car needed to be new in appearance and well-equipped, automatic and blah-blah-blah.
Let's skip the long conversations, discussions of the equipment, color options (which changed depending on the mood of the spouse and the weather in St. Petersburg). Let's also skip the work done to search on European Internet portals in Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, negotiations with car owners, studying the history of the car, flying to Bilbao, inspecting the car on site, driving the car to another city (about 1000 km), where the technical inspection was done and the car was insured, choosing insurance, drawing up property documents and much, much more that was done by the guys (I don't know, and I don't want to know! Sorry!).
The result was unexpectedly excellent - a 2019 BMW X3 with a mileage of 19,000 km and the appearance of a completely new car and maximum configuration for a pre-agreed price was standing at the airport of our arrival. And here we are, tired from the flight, logistical obstacles from crossing the border, with equally tired children, we go down to the parking lot, where a miracle that is not yet ours (the documents have not yet been signed), but we paid for, is parked!
Guys, thank you very much! You are great! The car is great! My wife is happy! I am calm! My ratings are 9.5! Why not 10, you ask? I have a claim, there is no limit to perfection!!! But if I were asked to give a recommendation, I would switch to the company "Para2Move" without a doubt.
