Preferential customs clearance of a car in Spain

You have 6 months to register your car in Spain. That's exactly how long you can drive with other license plates in Spain.
Then it's optional. Up to confiscation of the car and large fines.

You need insurance for these six months. The Green Card is no longer valid, but you still need to insure. On average, such insurance in Para2move will cost 80 euros/month.

If you do not meet the parameters of preferential customs clearance, the cost of customs clearance will be around 40% of the cost of the car in Spain.
