Audi Q5 - selection, registration, and delivery to the EU

Case

A request came in – they were looking for a low-mileage car in good condition, in a mid-price range, with a preference for German brands. We discussed the desired delivery timeline – the car was needed as soon as possible.

The Selection Process

This request allowed us to offer a wide range of options to the client. The search began immediately. It was expected that the selection process would take a considerable amount of time due to reviewing all suitable options at dealerships.

But a suitable vehicle was found quickly – the client chose a black Audi Q5 SUV, second-generation, 249 hp, automatic transmission, gasoline engine.

Verification process
We visited the dealership to inspect the car, examining the body, interior, history, documents, and technical specifications.

During the inspection, it was discovered that a roof fin or antenna was damaged. The damage was minor and easily repaired.

All detailed reports were sent to the client.

While the client was reviewing the information, we negotiated with the dealership about the price and compensation for the antenna.

Payment Process

Despite the antenna issue, the client decided to take the car.

During the negotiations, we received a good discount on the car and new roof rails as a gift. The transaction and payment were handled quickly.

This time, the car was to be delivered not to Spain, but to a neighboring EU country. This did not cause any difficulties or delays on our part. We delivered the desired car to our client in just two days.
Result
Despite the tight deadline, we found and delivered the car to the client.

With us, you can be assured of a high-quality car selection, a transparent history, and fast delivery. We'll achieve your desired result and stay in touch after the purchase.
